Alastair Thain
Alastair is an internationally acclaimed portrait photographer who’s subversive portraits have appeared in galleries worldwide and in publications such as Vogue, Vanity Fair, The Face and The New York Times. He’s also directed a number of high profile commercials for The United Nations, Norwich Union and Transport For London. His nuanced visual style and highly reactive portraits are renowned on the world stage, but perhaps his most famous moment (which has lasted much longer than five minutes), came when he captured the portrait of Andy Warhol, taken at the Factory just month’s before the artists death.
